The Scrum Product Owner Certificate (SPOC®) is relevant for Product Owners and experienced professionals who represent business interests in a project.

The Product Owner represents the interests of the stakeholder community for the Scrum Team. The Product Owner is responsible for ensuring clear communication of product or service functionality requirements to the Scrum Team. Upon passing the exam, you will be accredited as a "Scrum Product Owner Certified".

Exam Format

  • 140 questions for the exam

  • 180 minutes long

  • Online exam with supervision

  • Two free retakes

Prerequisites

  • There is no formal prerequisite for this certification. However, SDC or SMC certified professionals will have a better understanding of the concepts required for this certification exam.

Maintenance of Certification

  • Take the SPOC® recertification exam every 3 years or earn any
    SCRUMstudy™ certification.

Audience Profile

  • This is highly recommended for anyone who interacts with a Scrum Team, provides business requirements, or manages business aspects of a project.
